United Way's 211 Experience

Description

2-1-1 Logo

Get an exclusive look into the work of United Way and our 211 team, learning about the significant needs of our neighbors, the investments United Way makes in our communities and the resources made available to individuals when they contact 211. Following a brief presentation by United Way staff, you will visit the call center and listen in as 211's trained Resource Navigators answer live calls from real residents across the region.

Please note, if the minimum number of guests is not reached, the tour will be rescheduled for a future date.

For questions about the 211 tour, please contact Sharon Guidi at 412-456-6785 or sharon.guidi@unitedwayswpa.org.

United Way strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility, please contact Elisha Serotta, elisha.serotta@unitedwayswpa.org or 412-456-6718.
